Mackenzie “Kenz” has a strong foundation in personnel management and organization. With a degree in English and History, and years of experience in operations, she excels at providing support to ensure a comfortable and smooth testing experience for students and is passionate about bridging the gap between student needs and standardized requirements.
When not supporting students in reaching their goals, Kenz can be found writing, knitting, trying out new recipes, or binging reality television with her husband and their three pets.
