Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Jessie Walsh may not have the typical “Boston accent,” but she certainly carries a deep passion for learning and helping others discover their own educational interests. This enthusiasm for knowledge comes from a family that has always placed a strong emphasis on the value of education, encouraging Jessie to prioritize learning and explore new ideas each day.
Jessie’s educational journey was shaped by her determination and the support of dedicated tutors. Through ISEE test preparation, she gained admission to Boston Latin School, where she thrived from seventh through twelfth grade. With further tutoring and hard work, she graduated with honors, completing Advanced Placement courses along the way. Jessie went on to earn her B.A. in Communications with a focus on Hospitality and Event Management from Lasell College’s Honors Program.
Throughout her career, Jessie has worn many hats, from her first job as an assistant in a veterinarian’s office to working in a bookstore, library, and bowling alley restaurant. Her diverse experience extends into various educational roles, where she’s found a true calling in helping others achieve their potential.
Outside of work, Jessie enjoys taste-testing her chef-boyfriend’s culinary creations, playing video games and Dungeons & Dragons with friends, staying connected with her family, and embracing new experiences whenever she can.
