Born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts, Alessandro has had the great fortune of being raised a Bostonian AND the son of a school teacher. Alessandro attended Clemson University in South Carolina, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts with a concentration in Theatre. Trading the acting roles for the director’s chair, Alessandro moved to California after college where he worked as an arts administrator and directed in both San Francisco and Los Angeles for 6 years. Wanting to settle back east, he moved to the DMV with his puppy and partner and settled in Arlington. He joined the PrepMatters team in 2024 and has found his favorite thing to do is help families on their journeys to academic excellence and learn the joy of higher education (something his mother has always instilled in him.) When not at PrepMatters, he can be found backstage, touring a museum, cooking, and making sure his dog gets all the adventures he can!
