Once Registered…

Once you have contacted us, we will email you our account registration letter. It outlines what we’ll need completed prior to the first session – this includes completion of a billing agreement.

One of our talented placement specialists also will contact you to answer any questions you might have, recommend a tutor, and set up your first appointment.

At The First Session…

Once the final match is made, all correspondence around appointments occurs between the tutor and the student.

This information is given to the student on the first meeting, along with other materials that are required for completion in order to get started.

Tutoring sessions consist of 50 minutes of tutorial time with our specialist and 10 minutes for the specialist to compile notes, scheduling, and reports for parents.

Payments and Policies…

We accept credit-card payments on a per-session basis.

Most tutoring students typically require at least 3 months with our specialists, and we charge credit cards each week according to the number of sessions used in the week prior.
